FIRST VISIT?

Are you a resident of the Niagara area looking for a home Church? Perhaps you are an out of town visitor looking for a place to worship while you are in town? Where are you located?

We are located on the corner of Lundy's Lane and Hanan Avenue - convenient for local residents and close to the Clifton Hill and Fallsview Tourist Districts (click here for map - enter off Hanan Ave.). If you are using a GPS unit or Google Maps, enter "5830 Hanan Avenue, Niagara Falls, Ontario" as your destination (different than our mailing address).

What about visitors with mobility issues?

We have accessible parking spaces in our main parking lot (use Hanan Street entrance). The entrance is level with our parking lot and we have an elevator for taking visitors to all levels of the building. Accessible washrooms are available. We also have mobility devices (walkers, wheelchairs) on hand for visitor use.

When does the service start? How long does it last?

The service formally starts at 10:30 a.m. and lasts about one hour. But show up early and join us for coffee and fellowship. And after the service there are more refreshments and lots of friendly conversation.

What can I expect during the service?

A typical service includes:

• Call to Worship
• Music - throughout the service, join us in the singing of contemporary and traditional songs under the leadership of our Choir and Praise Team
• Pastoral and Lord's Prayer
• Bible Readings
• Message - from our minister Rev. Dr. Robert Rennie
• Blessing

What if I do not know the lyrics to the songs or words for the prayers?

All lyrics and prayers are displayed on a projection screen at the front of the sanctuary. Please feel free to take part how you wish. If you wish to sing, you can; if you wish to sit in silence, you are more than welcome to do that as well."

What about my kids?

We offer nursery care year round during Sunday Service (10:30 to 11:30 a.m.) for wee ones to the age of 3. Youths up to age 12 gather in the Sanctuary with the adult congregation at the beginning of each Sunday Service. During the Offering, the youth are led to our youth worship room for fun activities under the direction of our Youth Ministry Team. Alternatively, we also have a kids activity area at the back of the Sanctuary where kids can quietly play during the service.

What should I wear?

Wear whatever makes you comfortable! During the service attendees are dressed in everything for shorts, t-shirts and sandals to suit and tie or seasonal dresses.

How much will this cost me?

Nothing, we only want your presence. During the service, we do circulate an offering plate where you may voluntarily place a small donation to the church.

Can I participate in communion?

We have a Communion Service about once a month. All who wish a relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ are welcome to participate. No alcohol is used in the communion elements. Children may participate at the discretion of their parents.
