Home Fellowship Group

Embark on a new spiritual journey through our Home Fellowship Group. The group meets every Tuesday at 7:00 p.m.

The meetings follow 4-W's - Welcome (between Us), Worship (Us to God), Word (God to Us), and Works (God to Others through Us). This small group, or cell, concept harkens back to the early days of the Christian Church as taught by Jesus. An important goal of these groups is to invite and accept new members, and then multiply into new groups using the G-12 multiplication method.

New members are always welcome at the Home Fellowship Group. Discover the joy of growing your relationship with God through Jesus Christ. Contact the Church Office for location of the meeting this week.

Contemporary Faith eXploration (CFX) - Wednesday's, 7:00 p.m. in the Media Chapel

This is a contemporary faith discussion group uses all available sources (DVD, internet, social media, etc) to find and present topical, timely presentations about faith issues that we watch and discuss. With today's technology everything is connected, and we can search globally for presentations that help us explore and build our faith. The possibilities are almost unlimited: we can reach out and connect with some of the best speakers in the world, and we can also hear from sources just around the corner. They may or may not be entirely in keeping with our own (or the United Church's) theology, but even when they are not, they will provide a basis for deliberations about our own faith, and provide a starting point for discussions. Like the other home worship groups this is intended to be a way for us to think a little deeper about faith issues, it's just a different way of doing it. The group meets weekly on Wednesday evenings at 7:00 in the chapel media centre.
